Eric Copeland’s drawings are as ambitious in their intellectual fervor as in their tedious physical deployment, with warped checkerboards he manages to create visual noise, that both defies the eye and plays on the thresholds of one’s senses.  His latest drawings, more vivid, more radical and perhaps even more psychedelic invite the viewer into his own personal mania, making us question the borders of lines and what can be achieved from simply placing pen on paper.

Eric Copeland, is an American experimental musician and artists based in New York City.
